About us
We are FTC Team 14579, a group of students who share a passion for robotics, problem‑solving, and innovation. We work together to design, build, and program competitive robots, combining our strengths in coding, engineering, strategy, and teamwork. Every season challenges us to think creatively and push our skills further, and we take pride in learning from every test, failure, and breakthrough. Our workshop is where ideas turn into mechanisms, and where collaboration turns into progress.
We also value the community we build within our team—supporting each other during long build nights, intense competitions, and moments when things don’t go as planned. We communicate openly, celebrate each success, and stay determined through every obstacle. As FTC Team 14579, we aim to grow not just as engineers but as leaders and teammates. We strive to represent our school and our program with dedication, creativity, and a commitment to always improving.
Design
Every mechanism drawn in CAD and revised until the angles work.
Fabrication
Machining, 3D printing, and assembly, all of it at our own bench.
Programming
Autonomous paths, driver controls, and sensors that agree with each other.
Strategy
Scouting the field, reading opponents, changing the plan between matches.
